The Lagos State Land Use Charge Assessment Appeal Tribunal (Tribunal) has commenced its Land Use Charge Resolution Week (Program). The Program aims at providing a platform for members of the public who are dissatisfied with their Land Use Charge (LUC) assessments to discuss with the State Government and resolve issues regarding their LUC assessments. The Tribunal, which was set up in line with Section 17 of the Lagos State Land Use Charge Law 2018, is empowered to adjudicate on issues arising from the administration of the Lagos State Land Use Charge Law.
