Prior to joining Andersen Tax, Eniola worked in KPMG for over seven years, garnering a wealth of experience in the areas of accounting and IFRS financial reporting, Valuation of financial derivatives, Credit risk modeling, bank reconciliation, as well as payables and receivables reconciliation. He also has a good understanding of IFRS requirements and has worked for clients in key sectors including oil and gas, financial services industry and consumer markets sector.
He has led several projects in the provision of loan impairment services for financial institutions (IAS 39 and IFRS 9), credit risk management services, including risk assessments, Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) to assist a number of banks (in Nigeria and Ghana) in the computation of its capital requirement at each risk level.
Eniola has developed financial models for valuing different types of financial derivative instruments including; forwards and non-deliverable forwards, callable bonds, warrants, convertible bonds, interest rate swaps, Asian options, employee stock options, phantom stocks etc.
He has led several market and liquidity risk management project which involved development of Value at Risk, market risk capital computation and risk reporting, Liquidity risk models, liquidity gap analysis, liquidity risk capital computation, stress testing and risk reporting.
